中文摘要: 本项目针对飞机地面滑跑起落架刹车动力学进行研究。首先,建立起落架和刹车装置的振动特性分析模型,分析其固有模态及稳定性,揭示低频振动产生的机理;其次,通过对防滑刹车系统控制律、液压系统及跑道结合系数识别的研究,获得防滑刹车系统对起落架刹车诱导低频振动的影响规律,提出增强刹车系统工作平稳性的方法;再次,基于多体系统动力学理论和虚拟样机、有限元及多学科协同仿真技术,建立飞机运动、防滑刹车控制系统、刹车装置、起落架、机轮和跑道的多学科协同仿真模型,解决刹车系统与起落架结构振动耦合动力学分析难题;最后,对起落架刹车诱导低频振动进行多学科优化设计,从系统综合的角度提出避免起落架刹车诱导低频振动的解决方法。通过本项目的研究,形成一套飞机起落架刹车诱导低频振动动力学分析方法和减振设计方法,为我国起落架及刹车系统设计提供指导。

英文摘要: This project focuses on landing gear dynamics during brake state. Firstly, the dynamics models of landing gear and brake equipment vibration are established. Their natural mode and stability are analyzed to reveal the mechanism of low frequency vibration. Secondly, the control law, hydraulic system, and of anti-skid braking system are studied to obtain the influence law of anti-skid braking system on landing gear low frequency vibration. Thirdly, with multibody dynamics theory and virtual prototype, finite elment and multi-disciplinary collaborative simulation technology, a co-simulation dynamics model is implemented by building aircraft taxiing model, anti-skid braking model, brake equipment model, landing gear vibration model, tire model. The coupling dynamics problem of aircraft anti-skid braking system and the landing gear strut vibrating is solved. Finally, the solutions preventing landing geat from brake-induced vibration are put up by MDO method from system view. After this project, a set of dynamics analysis methods and vibration reduction design methods of landing gear low frequency vibration are obtained. The success of this project has important reference value to the landing gear and brake system design of the new aircraft.
