中文摘要: 城市交通是支撑现代城市健康发展的基础,而以交通拥堵为特征的交通问题已经成为困扰世界各国城市发展的普遍问题。由于现有研究成果都难以对在真实路网条件下交通需求和交通通行能力的动态变化特性给出准确描述,因此有关交通拥堵的形成机理、时空特性和疏导控制策略仍然是学术界关注的热点和难点问题。为此,本项目将采用阻塞流理论和突变理论的有关原理和方法,探索城市道路网交通拥堵的形成机理及交通拥堵的演化传播规律,建立具有我国城市交通特点的道路通行能力的动态测算模型,提出城市道路网保持结构性畅通的必要条件,揭示交通流状态的突变特性,建立交通拥堵实时判据及拥堵演化预测模型,制定出在智能交通系统框架内具有可实现性的交通拥堵疏导控制方法和满足应急交通需求的交通组织方案,设计开发一套能对典型交通拥堵现象和应急交通组织方案进行仿真分析的动态演示软件。项目研究对缓解我国城市日趋严峻的城市交通拥堵问题具有重要的理论和现实意义。

英文摘要: The urban traffic is the foundation of sustainable development of modern city, while the traffic congestion has become the common problems of the countries all over the world during in the city development. The existing research results can not provide accurate description for the dynamic characteristics of traffic demand and traffic capacity under the condition of real traffic network, so the traffic jam formation mechanism, space-time characteristics and control strategy are still the academic focus hot and difficult problems. Therefore, the project will explore the traffic congestion formation mechanism of urban road network and the evolution and spread rule of traffic jams with the principles and methods of blocking flow theory and catastrophe theory, and establish a dynamic measurement model of road traffic capacity which is fit for the urban traffic characteristics of China, and put forward the necessary conditions which keep traffic smooth in different road structural networks, and reveal the mutation characteristics of traffic flow state, and build traffic congestion real-time criterion model and traffic state prediction model. Then the project team will work out the traffic congestion control methods which can be realized within the framework of intelligent transportation system and traffic organization
