中文摘要: 公交动态调度决策是改善公交服务水平的有效措施。复杂的运营环境、多维的影响因素以及对实时性的要求,使得公交动态调度决策无论在理论研究还是在实践应用方面都没有突破性的进展,也成为公共交通领域的热点问题。本项目从研究公交动态调度决策的本质出发,将其抽象为一种随机多属性决策问题,并在分析决策中关键属性的时变特性的基础上,通过属性偏好信息研究各属性在不同决策阶段的重要程度,进而解析各属性(包含属性值及其偏好信息)与调度决策间的关系。然后,构建基于可变偏好属性的公交动态调度决策模型,辨别公交动态调度的最佳时机,并针对运营环境选择合适的调度策略,以及通过高性能计算方法优化调度参数,以满足公交动态调度决策的实时性、科学性的要求。最后,通过实际公交线路服务区域搭建实证平台,对该方法进行标定及检验。研究成果对完善多属性决策理论和方法体系,进而在实践上为公交运营调度决策提供有效的理论支撑与实践依据。

英文摘要: Bus dynamic dispatching is an effective measure to improve the public transit service quality. Because of public transportation's complex operating environment, multidimensional influence factors and real-time requirements, bus dynamic dispatching decision has not been made breakthrough progress both in theoretical research and practical application, and gradually becomes a hot issue in the field of public transportation. In this project, a random multi-attribute decision making problem is abstracted. Based on time-varying characteristics of key attributes, its importance degree in different decision phase and relationship between attribute information and dispatching decision are analyzed from the point of attribute performance information. Then a bus dynamic dispatching decision model is built based on variant preference attribute. It can indentify the optimal time for bus dynamic dispatching, conduct related dispatching decisions and optimize dispatching parameters to meet the real-time and scientific demand of bus dynamic dispatching decision. Finally, a case study is carried out on actual bus lines service region to calibrate and inspect this model.
