中文摘要: 肢残者体力作业的功能评价是肢残者合理工作安置、工作辅助设计和职业康复的重要人因依据。本研究面向体力作业系统全要素,探索肢残者体力作业行为特性,对肢残者体力作业行为建模,将行为模型应用于肢残者体力作业功能残疾度评价中。首先通过实验研究揭示体力作业系统全要素下肢残者功能残疾形态变化的规律及肢体间功能补偿机制,建立全要素体力作业下的肢残者体力作业行为模型;基于三级功能约束实现肢残者体力作业行为的仿真。然后,通过构建关键动素的生物力学模型,建立肢残者体力作业的功能残度度模型。最后,基于功能残疾度模型及行为仿真模型,建立面向体力作业全要素的肢残者体力作业功能残疾度评价方法,并以下肢残疾者坐姿装配作业为例,对体力作业行为建模方法以及功能残疾度评价方法进行验证。

英文摘要: Physical work disability evaluation is an important basis for job placement of physically disabled, job aid design and occupational rehabilitation. The study explores behavior characteristics of physically disabled and models the physical work behavior considering total physical work factors. The model is applied to phyisical disability evaluation. It firstly explores how the disability form changes under different sets of total work factors and the compensation mechanism between limbs as well. A physically disabled work behavior model is thus built up. Physically disabled behviour simulation can be achieved by three levels of function-restricting algorithm. Then the study establishes a key-motion-element-based physical disability model. It finally builds up a physical disability evaluation method in the context of total work factors, by integrating disability model and physical behavior simulation model. An example of sitting posture assembly of the lower-limb disabled is applied to validate the behavior modelling and physical disability evaluation method.
