中文摘要: UUV由于无人操控且多工作于复杂、恶劣环境中,实时监测UUV的水下航行轨迹或在UUV失事后确定其具体位置,对于UUV的安全保障及失事打捞尤为重要,为此必须发展高性能的针对非合作目标的水声定位技术。目前,以矢量水听器浮标阵为测量平台的非合作目标水声定位技术已有较好的研究基础,但仍有一些束缚其性能提升的瓶颈技术和关键性科学问题迄待解决,如:强干扰背景下单矢量水听器对弱目标的精确测向、多途信道中的目标信号与信道剥离、低信噪比条件下的未知参量脉冲信号盲估计、目标高速运动对矢量信号处理性能的影响及多普勒与目标信号特征匹配等问题。本项目将为解决上述关键问题展开有针对性的基础理论和应用基础研究,使得非合作目标水声定位系统在基于目标辐射噪声测量和侦察脉冲测量两种方式下的性能均得到显著提高,同时为我国海上靶场被动定位技术和侦察声纳的发展提供重要参考。

英文摘要: Monitoring the underwater trace in real time and positioning after wreckage of UUV is of great significance for its security and wrecking as the unmanned vessel works in complex and harsh environment. Therefore, it is very essential to develop the high performance acoustic positioning technique for non-cooperative targets. At present,the foundation of underwater positioning technique for non-cooperative targets based on vector hydrophone buoys as measurement platform has been strongly built. Nevertheless, there are still some bottleneck techniques and key scientific problems, which seriously limit the passive positioning performance, to be solved, such as accurate direction finding for weak targets based on a single vector hydrophone in strong interference background, stripping the underwater target signal from multi-path channel, blind estimation of unknown parameters of pulse signal in low SNR, impact of high velocity target on the performance of vector signal processing, automatic matching with the target signal characteristics, and so on. A series of basic theoretical research and applied research will be carried out to solve the above problems.
