中文摘要: 石墨烯量子点因其独特的量子局限效应、界面效应、良好的水溶性及稳定的光致发光性能而引起人们的高度关注。本项目将以石墨烯量子点和氮掺杂石墨烯量子点的可控制备、结构与性能表征及其在生物医学荧光成像中的应用为研究对象,发展一种形貌、尺寸及能带可控的石墨烯量子点及氮掺杂石墨烯量子点的制备方法,探索石墨烯量子点的光致发光机理,提高荧光量子产率,进而探查石墨烯量子点在生物医学荧光成像中的应用。该项目的研究将扩展石墨烯量子点在生物医学成像、燃料电池、生物传感器件等领域的广泛应用,为开发新型荧光成像材料和新技术提供理论依据和实验基础。

英文摘要: Due to their unique quantum confinement effects, interface and edge structures, aqueous solubility and photoluminescence stablity, graphene quantum dots have received great attention recently.This research will focus on controlled synthesis and structure-property characterizations of graphene quantum dots and nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots and their applications in biomedical fluorescence imaging. The aims of the research are to develop a novel method for the synthesis of graphene quantum dots and nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots with controlled morphology, dimension, and energy band gaps; study their photoluminescence mechanisms; improve their luminescence quantum efficieny; and investigate their potential applications in biomedical fluorescence imaging. Therefore, the conduct of this project will broaden potential applications of graphene quantum dots in biomedical imaging, fuel cells, and biosensors as well as provide theoretical and experimental supports for the development of novel fluorescence imaging materials and technology.
