中文摘要: 在研青年基金项目主要研究离心泵瞬态操作条件下的内流机理和数值模拟方法。重要进展包括: 研究了泵快速启动瞬间的空化现象,发现启动过程对空化的抑制或延迟作用;研究了泵启动过程的内流演化机理,发现启动初期叶轮内的势流结构及涡结构演化现象,及其与瞬态外特性的联系;建立了变速旋转区域描述模型及动态边界处理方法,实现泵启动过程的瞬态内流模拟;面向核泵系统研究了停机惰转过程的瞬态特性;已发表论文12篇,授权发明专利2项,获科研奖励2项。基于上述进展,本项目面向核电安全领域的研究需求,兼顾核泵系统瞬态特性和关键部件瞬态流动开展研究。研究内容包括:高温条件下泵内部瞬态流动模拟,复杂部件三维流动与系统动态特性的耦合模型,系统瞬态特性分析模型与方法,核泵启停过程的系统瞬态特性及部件内部流动。目标在于揭示核泵系统的瞬态特性及部件内流机理,建立系统耦合分析的理论与方法,促进成果在核电及相关领域应用。

英文摘要: The ongoing NSFC project mainly focuses on the transient flow of centrifugal pump and its simulation methods, and some major progresses have been achieved. We investigated the cavitation phenomenon of pump during rapid starting period and found the suppression or delay effect of pump startup on transient cavitation. We investigated the transient flow evolution of pump during rapid starting period and found the potential flow structure and vortex evolution in pump impeller. We established the description model of acceleration rotating region and the treatment methods of dynamic boundary conditions, and successfully simulated the transient flow of pump during starting period. We also studied the transient characteristics of the nuclear pump model during coastdown period. Funded by NSFC, We have published 12 papers, and have got 2 patents and 2 research awards. Based on previous progress, this project will focus the requirement of safety of the nuclear system, and research transient characteristics of the nuclear pump system and transient flow of the key components. The research contents include: simulation of transient flow of pump under high temperature condition; coupled simulation of 3D flow of the components and transient characteristics of the pump system; research on the transient analysis models and methods
