中文摘要: 本课题面向化工生产过程这一国民经济的重要支柱产业,以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)生产过程为例,针对其普遍存在的高能耗、高成本、对象复杂难于机理建模与优化等问题,从提高我国化工生产过程集成建模与优化水平的需求出发,以实现节能降耗和提高化工生产过程综合生产指标为目的,研究了PTA生产过程多尺度智能建模与优化的理论方法;并通过实际工业装置的示范应用,提升了现有工业装置的运行能力,改进和提高了生产流程的操作水平,降低物耗和能耗,获得了明显的经济效益。本项目主要研究包括:(1)基于相位角的粒子群优化算法与社会粒子群算法的研究;(2)PTA生产过程关键单元基于能量传递与参数耦合的模型结构研究;(3)PTA生产过程关键单元的多尺度智能建模方法研究与实现;(4)基于粒子群算法的PTA生产过程优化研究;(5)面向节能降耗的PTA生产过程建模与优化的应用实施。通过本课题的研发,发表了多篇学术论文,申请了多项国家发明专利和计算机软件著作权,培养了多名博士和硕士研究生。同时,本课题相关成果还获得了国家科技进步奖二等奖和教育部科技进步奖一等奖。

英文摘要: The project was mainly focused on the chemical process, which is one of the most important industries of our national economy. Taking the example of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) process, according to its ubiquitous high energy consumption, high cost, and its difficulties in modeling and optimization, in order to improve the level of integrated modeling and optimization, the multi-scale intelligent modeling and optimization theories and methods of PTA process were studied. Through the demonstration of actual plants, the practical applications enhanced the existing plants' capacity and the operation level, as well as reduced the material consumption and energy consumption. Those applications achieved significant economic benefits. The major research included: (1) the study of phase angle based particle swarm optimization and social behaved particle swarm optimization algorithms; (2) the model structure study of several PTA units based on energy transfer and parameters coupling; (3) the study on intelligent multi-scale modeling of PTA units; (4) the study on optimization of PTA units based on particle swarm algorithm; (5) the application implementations of PTA units' modeling and optimization. Through the research of the project, several papers were published; a number of national invention patents and computer software copyrights are applied; several post-doctor and graduate students were graduated. At the same time, a National Science and Technology Progress Award (second grade) and a Science and Technology Progress Award of Ministry of Education (first grade) were received, which included some research results of this project.
