中文摘要: 分布式虚拟环境系统由于其低成本,可重复,以及安全性等特点,已在军事仿真、网络娱乐、远程教育以及电子商务等方面得到了广泛的应用。采用分布式服务器结构是分布式虚拟环境系统解决可扩展性问题的有效手段。在多服务器结构下,系统的一致性问题成为了影响系统功能的本质和核心问题。当前的以单服务器结构为目标的一致性控制方法应用于大规模、多服务器环境时,其技术固有的缺陷会导致消息序错乱、因果关系颠倒、表征出现矛盾、结果违背期望等一系列时空不一致现象频繁发生,成为影响分布式虚拟环境真实感、响应度和正确性的关键问题。本项目面向多服务器结构的广域网环境,从影响节点间通信延迟的匹配问题出发,在层次式时序一致性控制方法、多级响应度需求与公平性模型以及虚拟环境系统的一致性特征量化指标等问题开展理论和技术研究,在动态划分策略、时钟回拨、延迟拟合以及公平性控制等新的技术点上寻找突破点,在理论模型和算法技术上取得较大进展。

英文摘要: Distributed Virtual Environment (DVE) has been widely used in many fields such as military simulation, multi-player online video games, distance education and electronic commerce because of its cost-efficiency, repeatability and safety. To solve the scalability problem, multi-server infrastructure systems are becoming more and more popular than single-server infrastructure systems. Consistency problem is one of the essential and key issues to affect the overall performance in multi-server infrastructure Distributed Virtual Environment Systems. The existing consistency control methods deployed in single-server DVE are unfit for the task in large-scale and multi-server infrastructure scenarios. The inherent inadequacy of these methods will cause many kinds of inconsistency phenomena such as the incorrect message order, divergence, causality violation and intention violation which harms the sence of reality, responsiveness and correctness of DVE systems. In this project, to tackle this problem in multi-server infrastructure and internet-based environment, we start our research work from the mapping problem for minimizing communication delay between client nodes, and carry out our theory and technology research in multi-layer time stamp consistency control method, different responsiveness requirements, fairness mode
