中文摘要: 我国大多城市地面沉降是由过量开采地下水和大规模工程建设引起,多项研究证明工程建设是近年来新的沉降制约因素,工程建设对地面沉降的作用引起了学术界广泛关注,但其具体特征及其在地面沉降发生发展过程中的作用尚不清楚。项目以沧州为例,基于现有地面沉降理论,采用物理模拟试验手段探讨典型土层条件下华北地区城市建筑布局(建筑容积率、建筑密度)与地面沉降的定量关系,为城市建设规划满足地面沉降的要求提供理论依据。

英文摘要: The main causes of urban land subsidence in China are overexploitation groundwater and extensive engineering construction. A big number of evidence have indicated that The engineering construction gradually becomes the new factor for causing the land subsidence in recent year. effect of engineering construction in the land subsidence attracted broad attention of academia. But the relationship of engineering construction and land subsidence is still unclear. Taking Shanghai as example, the quantitative relationship of architectural composition(floor area ratio,building density)and land subsidence was investigated based on present theory of land subsidence,the physical characteristics of land subsidence under special geological conditions, by model simulation experiment in order to provide theoretical basis for the urban construction planning .
