中文摘要: 在众多的工业过程控制中,设定点的概念通常来自对系统的要求、指标的变化以及对被跟踪曲线的局部目标设置。因此设定点控制所涉及的不仅仅是所面临的控制对象的内在特性,还有对象所处的外部因素(原材料特性、环境等)。同时设定点控制目前所考虑的整体模式还未形成,现有成果主要集中在对某些单一任务目标的设定点控制研究。本项目的主要研究任务为:针对几类(具有代表性的)非线性系统,研究其设定点控制的基本结构、变设定点识别机制以及其基本特性(可控性、可设置性、稳定性含义等)分析,建立设定点控制的理论框架;基于混杂系统控制方法,研究其相应的控制对策与算法;基于监督控制模式下的某些"模糊性"指标(质量尽可能的"好"、产品得率尽可能的"高"、排放尽可能的"少"等等)的描述及与设定点控制的关系;研究系统指标的改变、系统内外部因素的改变对设定点控制的影响以及控制策略。同时研究设定点控制在石化炼油企业的应用。

英文摘要: In many industrial process control, the concept of set-point usually comes from the system requirements, the variation of the index and the local objective setting of the tracked curve. Therefore, the set-point control involves not only the intrinsic properties of the facing control object, but also the external factors (raw material properties, environment, etc.). Meanwhile, the considered overall pattern of the set-point control has not been formed today, and the existing results mainly concentrated on the single-target set-point control. The main research tasks of the program are given as follows: for several kinds of (representative) nonlinear systems, we study its basic structures in set-point control, the recognition mechanism of variable set-point as well as the basic characteristics (controllability, positionability, meaning of stability), and establish the theory frame of set-point control; based on the hybrid system control method, we study the corresponding control decision and algorithm; we investigate the descriptions of some fuzzy indexes (quality as "good" as possible, product yield as "high" as possible, emissions as "less" as possible and so on) based on the supervisory control mode and the relation between fuzzy indexes and set point control; we study the effect of set-point and control strateg
