中文摘要: 本项目设计合成了一系列新型的水溶性荧光分子导线聚合物,系统研究了分子导线聚合物的荧光发射、电子传导和选择性分子识别能力,构建了基于分子导线聚合物为敏感载体的高灵敏、高选择性的二价铜离子、 银离子、pH、盐酸小檗碱、精氨酸和谷胱甘肽等荧光化学生物传感器。提高了以传统小分子载体为基础的荧光传感器的灵敏度、稳定性和和抗漂白能力。本项目到目前为止已在Chem. Asian J等期刊上发表研究论文9篇,获批专利1项。

英文摘要: In this project,a series of new fluorescent water-soluble molecular wires were designed and synthesized, and their emission, electrical conduction and selectivity in various sensing systems were thoroughly investigated. Based on these fluorescent molecular wires, some novel chemical and biological sensors with high sensitivity and selectivity (such as Cu2+, Ag+, pH , berberine, arginine and glutathione) have been developed. These sensors offered improved sensitivity, stability and bleaching resistability compared to traditional fluorescent sensors based on small molecule carriers. Up to now, 9 papers have been published and 1 patent has been granted for this project.
