中文摘要: 网络化控制系统,是包括物联网、智能电网、传感器网络等大规模网络应用的本质抽象,其应用广泛覆盖国民经济重大关键领域。与此同时,网络化控制系统向大规模、分布式、智能化迅速发展,其内在特质与应用需求使其正面临日益增长的安全威胁,安全理论及其关键技术已成为网络化控制系统发展与应用亟待克服的重大研究课题。本项目遵循有限目标和有限规模的原则,以建立网络化控制系统安全基础理论与关键技术框架为目标,充分考虑网络化控制系统信息不确定、攻击模态多样、信息空间与物理空间频繁交互、局部单元资源高度受限等基本特征,重点解决多模态多尺度攻击时空动态特性及其与系统的耦合机理、高效抗攻击的系统状态估计与弹性控制理论、多指标融合的系统安全自适应资源优化机制三大关键问题。同时对理论结果进行仿真验证并开发物理演示系统。

英文摘要: Networked Control System, is an intrinsic abstraction of a lot of control applications, e.g., Internet of Things, smart grid, sensor networks, and etc., which have widely covered all the pillar industries in national economy. Meanwhile, the fundamental characteristics of Networked Control Systems, e.g., large-scale, distributed, intelligent, make the networked control systems more and more vulnerable to the increasing number of security threats. Based on the principle of limited objective and scale, this project aims to establish the general secure theory and technology framework for feedback based networked systems. By taking into account the basic constraints and threats including uncertain information, various attack patterns, close interaction between physical and information domain, highly limited local resources, the project focuses on three major problems, the unique temporal and spatial dynamics of multi-mode and scale attacks and their relationship with the system performance, secure and efficient state estimation and resilient control theories, multi-objective secure adaptive resource optimization mechanism. The project will test and verify the theoretical results through conducting extensive simulations and developing experimental systems.
