中文摘要: 离子液体具有独特的可调节的理化性质,近年来离子液体在活性药物成分中的应用研究成为国际上研究的前沿和热点。本项目利用草甘膦的结构特点,以草甘膦(酸)为母体,通过离子交换法合成一系列草甘膦除草离子液体。并对其进行理化性质和除草活性测试,探索不同结构类型、不同链长的阳离子,对离子液体理化性质和除草活性的影响规律,研究分子结构与生物活性的关系。草甘膦作为全球用量最大的除草剂品种,对其进行离子液体化改性研究,对农药增效减量工作的开展有着非常重要的理论和现实意义。

英文摘要: Ionic liquids (ILs, currently defined as salts melting below 100 ◦C) possess unique tunable physical and chemical properties. Recently, the application of ILs in active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) has become the frontier of international pharmaceutical research. In this project, utilize the structure characteristics of glyphosate, a series of glyphosate-based herbicidal ionic liquids (HILS) are synthesized with glyphosate as precursor through ion exchange method. By testing the physicalchemical properties and herbicidal activity of all herbicidal ionic liquids, the influence of different cation types and the chain length on the physicochemical properties and herbicidal activity of ionic liquids will be investigated. Development of glyphosate ionic liquid modified research, has a very important theoretical and practical significance for pesticide synergistic reduction work.
