中文摘要: 管内固相微萃取是实现固相微萃取与液相色谱在线联用最方便有效的方式之一,是实现不挥发、热不稳定物质在线富集分析,提高分析效率和准确度的重要手段。针对传统石英毛细管机械强度差、萃取涂层易流失、涂层厚度难以控制等缺点,本课题拟选用机械强度高的不锈钢毛细管作为载体,借助化学镀技术在其内壁形成牢固、致密、均匀的纳米银镀层对其进行功能化修饰;选用离子液体功能分子为单体,通过表面引发原子转移自由基聚合反应在毛细管内壁可控地接枝聚离子液体,制备管内键合离子液体固相微萃取涂层;探索涂层离子液体化学结构对萃取性能的影响规律,指导设计高选择性的萃取涂层,建立管内固相微萃取-液相色谱在线联用分析方法,应用于食品、环境、生化等样品中目标物的分析。

英文摘要: On-line coupling of in-tube solid-phase microextraction to liquid chromatography is an efficient technique for the analysis of non-volatile and/or thermally unstable substances. To overcome the fragile drawbacks of the traditional fused-silica capillary, stainless steel based in-tube solid-phase microextraction capillaries are developed in present work. Inner surface of the stainless steel capillary is firstly modified with nanostructured silver layer through electroless plating process. After the functionalization with initiators, polymeric ionic liquids are coated in situ on the surface through surface initiated atom transfer radical polymerization. Based on the controlled characteristics of atom transfer radical polymerization, polymeric ionic liquids coatings with different extraction properties can be explored for the selective extraction of classified analytes. Coupled to high performance liquid chromatography, the proposed in-tube solid-phase microextraction capillaries will be used in food, environment and biochemistry analysis.
