中文摘要: 在节能减排的大背景下,超超临界机组、大容量循环流化床机组等先进煤基发电技术被广泛应用于电力生产领域;而作为一种占主导地位的结构形式,锅炉-汽轮机单元的协同性能对大容量火力发电机组的安全、高效、经济运行有直接影响。为此,本项目拟在深入分析锅炉-汽轮机单元工作机理和运行规律的基础上,从系统整体优化调控的需求出发,建立从部件级到系统级、有效体现动静态响应特性的多尺度仿真模型;设计兼顾系统整体能量调度和局部生产过程控制的分层监督控制方案;构建多元性能指标体系和系统综合性能评价机制,对分层监督控制方案进行评价和修正。上述研究内容充分考虑了理论研究与工程应用的衔接问题,将为以锅炉-汽轮机单元为代表的复杂能源系统的建模、控制与优化问题提供具有理论意义和实用价值的创新性成果。

英文摘要: In the backdrop of energy saving and emission reduction,ultra-supercritical units, high-capacity circulating fluidized bed units, and other advanced coal-based power generation technologies are widely used in the field of electricity production; as a dominant structure, the coordinate performance of a boiler-turbine unit has a direct impact on the safe, efficient and economical operation of large-capacity thermal power generating units. So, based on the in-depth analysis of the working mechanism and operating laws of boiler-turbine units, starting from the demand of overall system control and optimization, this project is planned to establish a multi-scale simulation model, which is from the component level to the system level and effectively embodies static and dynamic characteristics of the system; design a hierarchical supervisory control scheme, taking into account the energy schedule of the overall system and the control of the local production processes; build a multiple performance indicator system and a system comprehensive performance assessment mechanism to assess and correct the hierarchical supervisory control scheme.
