中文摘要: 针对漏磁检测中任意缺陷三维量化难题,本申请项目拟基于磁偶极子理论和迭代法,利用漏磁检测信号就任意缺陷的三维量化反演技术进行研究。本研究将缺陷量化计算构建为两步:1)基于二维磁荷分布反演算法的缺陷长宽边界的识取;2)在缺陷长宽边界已由1)构知条件下,对缺陷深度场进行迭代重构。本方法主要由以下几个核心内容构成:1)缺陷长宽边界的识取算法;2)正负磁荷分布区域划分办法;3)深度重构迭代变量的选取及迭代关系的建立;4)采用合理约束条件,解决深度重构可能的不适定问题;5)算法有效性的验证。预期主要成果包括漏磁检测缺陷三维量化算法和程序。

英文摘要: The quantitative reconstruction of 3-D arbitrary defects sizes with magnetic flux leakage signals based on magnetic dipole theory and iteration method are aimed to be explored in this study. The sizing of defects consists of two steps: 1) the detection of opening edge of arbitrary defect based on the reconstruction algorithm of 2-D magnetic charges, 2) the reconstruction of deeps in arbitrary defect under the given condition in 1) step. The core contents of this study are as following: 1) the edge detecting algorithm of arbitrary defects; 2) the method to divide the positive and negative charge regions; 3) the selection of iteration variable and the building of iteration relation for deep reconstruction; 4) the solutions of the possible ill-posed problem in deep reconstruction; 5) the verification of the algorithm validity. The main anticipated results include the algorithm and program for sizing of 3-D arbitrary defects with magnetic flux leakage signals.
