中文摘要: 轴对称物体广泛应用于工业领域,在生产过程中常常会伴有裂纹、夹杂、气孔等缺陷,这些缺陷影响着产品的正常使用,因此在使用前对产品进行无损检测具有重要意义。本项目针对轴对称物体缺陷超声检测中缺陷识别和重构的问题,研究轴对称物体缺陷特征提取方法及三维反演模型。具体研究内容有:(1)采用信号处理技术,研究轴对称物体内直孔、裂纹、夹杂、划痕、气孔等缺陷的特征提取和类型识别方法;(2)以二维声场模型为基础,建立耦合介质和轴对称物体中超声波传播的三维声场模型和缺陷回波模型;(3)根据轴对称物体的三维声场模型和缺陷回波模型,研究轴对称物体内直孔、裂纹、夹杂、划痕、气孔等缺陷的三维反演模型;(4)通过实验验证上述缺陷特征提取方法和三维反演模型的有效性。项目的研究目标为:能够区分出划痕、夹杂、裂纹和气孔等缺陷,识别率达95%;能够对直径大于2mm的夹杂、气孔和长度大于10mm的直孔、裂纹、划痕等缺陷进行三维重构

英文摘要: Axial-symmetrical objects is widely used in industry field. The object defects, like crack, lard, air hole, directly affect the quality of products.So it is necessary to test its quality before its usage.This project studies defect feature extraction and 3-D inversion model of axial-symmetrical objects base on ultrasonic testing. The detailed contents include: (1)Study of feature extraction and type recognition algorithm by signal processing technology aiming at different defects, like hole,crack, lard, nick and air hole in axial-symmetrical objects. (2)Establishment of ultrasonic 3-D sound field model and reflected echoes model of defects in axial-symmetrical objects base on 2-D sound field model. (3) Establishment of 3-D inversion model of defects base on 3-D sound field model and reflected echoes model of defects.(4) Experimental verification for defect feature extraction algorithm and 3-D inversion model.One of our project objectives is to distinguish the type of defects with recognition rate of 95%. Another objective is to realize 3-D reconstruction of some specific defects,like crack, air hole with diameters of above 2mm and hole,crack, nick with lengths of above 10mm.
