中文摘要: 界面是连结聚合物与填充物间的重要纽带。界面层在挤出机螺杆内是动态演变的,而在冷却定型过程中则是一个静态退火过程,其间发生一系列物理与化学变化,它直接影响复合材料表观与内在质量,而目前所报道的界面改性未涉及动态演变与静态退火过程。为克服聚烯烃木塑复合材料中木粉吸油量大、挤出速度慢、易熔体破裂等缺陷,本项目拟采用硅烷接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-SI)作为其界面改性剂,利用POE-g-SI在溶剂中的可刻蚀性及硅元素在SEM-EDS仪器下的可识别性,将聚烯烃木塑复合材料界面层动态演变与冷却过程中的静态退火结合起来研究,以弄清POE-g-SI在挤出过程中所发生的变形、渗透及与基体、木粉的物理与化学作用,探索改性剂在界面层中的分布、改性剂对界面层中基体树脂形态的影响、界面化学键合信息变化及聚烯烃木塑复合材料力学性能不高、挤出速度慢、易熔体破裂等深层次原因。

英文摘要: Interface acts as an important bond between polymer and filler. Interface layer,despite its dynamic evolution in the extruder, assumes the process of static annealing in the the cooling and setting molds with a series of physical and chemical changes. This will have direct effects on the apparence and internal quality of the composites. However, interface modification in previous research has not yet been reported to be related to dynamic evolution and static annealing. In order to overcome the defects in wood-plastic composites (WPS) like wood flour, which is absorbent of oil, of low extrusion speed, and easy to melt fracture, silane grafting ethylene-octene copolymer (POE-g-SI) was used as the interface modifier in this project. With POE-g-SI's etching property in the solvent and silicon's identifiability under SEM-EDS instrument , the study of dynamic evolution of interface layer and cooling process in static annealing of wood-plastic composites thus can be integrated, in the hope that the deformation and seepage of POE-g-SI in the extrusion process, and its physical and chemical intercation with wood flour can be clarified.
