中文摘要: 本课题通过一定温度、压力下酸性离子缓冲溶液降解木质纤维素中半纤维素的研究,为进一步方便、快速、完全酶解其纤维素和处理木质素做准备,同时寻找可持续利用木质纤维素的经济、有效方法。该研究以半纤维素为标准反应物,秸秆作为典型的预处理原料,用酸性离子缓冲溶液进行预处理,前提是尽可能不影响秸秆中纤维素和木质素的降解。通过分析预处理后产物、副产物与作用强度、缓冲溶液离子之间的影响规律;秸秆三大成分(半纤维素、纤维素、木质素)之间分子键的变化;微观物理结构的改变等因素,综合评价其作用效果。探讨缓冲溶液(主要是其中的离子)对秸秆中半纤维素降解的内在作用机理。建立一种更有效的降解半纤维素的预处理方式和高效快速将木质纤维素变成可发酵糖的转化模式,为广泛深入探讨秸秆的"糖平台"奠定基础,为木质纤维素的综合利用以及乳酸、丁醇等大宗化工原料和燃料乙醇的生产提供更广阔的技术平台。

英文摘要: Inorder to achieve high enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose conveniently and quikly and prepare for the using of lignin, meanwhile searching for a new way to use lignocellulose, the degradation regular of hemicellulose under acidic buffer solution was studied. Hemicellulose was used as reacting substance. Corn stover was used as raw material.Acidic buffer solution was used in pretreatment.The relationship of products and byproduct after pretreatment with the pretreated intensity and different iron solutions was studied.The changed of chemical bond between cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin was investigated. And the microchanges of corn stover structure was also observed. Lignocellulosic biomass has evolved complex chemical and structural mechanisms for resisting assault on its structural sugars from microorganism and chemicals. Therefore, an efficient, low-costly and environmental friendly pretreatment technology is essential to reduce biomass recalcitrance.
