中文摘要: 目前,我国炼油工业发展压力巨大,如何提高其利润、降低生产成本对保障我国炼油工业持续稳定发展至关重要。实现其利润最大化、降低生产成本的关键是合理采购、高效利用廉价原油。本项目重点研究原油采购生产调度系统,探索原油采购过程(包括:原油供应商、种类和数量)与原油混合配比、炼制生产调度过程之间的相互作用关系,构建原油采购生产调度集成系统网络图,建立非凸的混合整数非线性数学优化模型,并完成模型验证;研究分段线性松弛方法在本项目中的应用,并提出全局优化算法及算法软件包;从理论上保证可行解的全局最优性;根据大规模的案例计算分析,获得最佳的原油采购、混合配比,以及生产调度决策方案。通过本项目的研究,可实现我国炼油工业原油采购生产调度集成过程的系统化和模型化,为我国炼油工业合理采购、高效利用廉价原油及优化排产的科学决策提供相关理论和方法支持。

英文摘要: Nowadays, oil-refining industry in China is facing great pressure for its development. To ensure its sustainable and stable development, it is crucial to improve its profit margin and reduce operating cost. The key issue on profit margin maximization and operating cost minimization is to reasonably purchase crudes and high-effectively utilize cheap crudes. This project is to carry out research on modeling and global optimization of integrated crude oil procurement and scheduling of operations. First, the relationship between crude oil procurement and crude blending and scheduling operations is explored. Based on the relationship, a general network diagram for the integrated crude oil procurement and scheduling operations is developed. Then, a non-convex mixed-integer nonlinear optimization formulation is proposed to model the network. Second, the piecewise-linear relaxation technology is applied to relax nonlinear terms and develop tight piecewise-linear relaxation formulation for this project. Combining with spatial branch and bound algorithm, a global optimization algorithm incorporating piecewise-linear relaxation model and software package are developed, and global optimality is theoretically guaranteed.
