中文摘要: 研制基于超大环酞菁的有机近红外发光二极管,发光波长覆盖光纤通讯窗口1.5微米。通过扩展酞菁的共轭体系来实现有机材料的近红外活性,通过优化器件结构和制造工艺来提高近红外的发光效率。其中的关键材料- - 超大环酞菁由我们小组在国际上首次设计合成,是继酞菁、亚酞菁和超酞菁之后酞菁家族的第四个基本结构。这种分子功能材料在近红外波段具有良好的光活性,在此之前,人们合成的不含稀土离子的有机材料很少有在超过1μ#27874;段具有光活性。在国际上首次实现了不含稀土有机材料的1.5 微米近红外电致发光。近红外波段在光纤通讯和生物医学方面有重要的应用,近红外领域还涉及到数据贮存、安全标记、红外探测、红外制导和红外成像等军事和民用领域上的应用,因此研制基于超大环酞菁的有机近红外发光二极管具有重要的科学意义和广泛的应用前景。

英文摘要: The near infared (NIR) organic light-emitting devices (OLED) based on hyper-phthalocyanines would be studied.The emission wavelength covers the optical communication window -1.5μ The NIR optical activity would be realized by extending the conjugated systerm of the phthalocyanines.The device electroluminescence efficiency would be improved by optimuming the device structure and the process.The key material- - hyper-phthalocyanines (hyper-Pc) were syntheized in our lab for the first time in the world. The hyper-Pc is the fouth basic structure in the family of Pc after phthalocyznines (Pc), subphthalocyanines and superphthalocyanines.These materials exhibit good optical activties in the NIR region.It is the first time to realized NIR light emitting at 1.5 μrange using organic compounds containing no rare earth ions.NIR region are closely related to some important applications such as the optical communication, data storage, infrared detection, infrared control and guide, etc. Thus, the studies on NIR organic OLED based on hyper-phthalocyanines would have important scientific significance and wide prospective application.
