中文摘要： 公共交通体系被许多发达国家证实是将来一个时期内解决城市交通问题唯一可行的办法。科学合理的智能公交管理策略可以更有效地利用现有公交资源，实现公交运营调度智能化和运营管理现代化，充分发挥其最大功能。本项目拟在国内外现有文献和已有研究工作的基础上利用动态公交配流模型进行灵敏度分析，研究各种动态公交运营管理策略对公交出行者出行行为的影响。根据灵敏度分析的结果，建立双层规划模型，分析公交系统性能指标随管理策略的变化趋势，确定最优的公交管理策略，从而达到提高公交效率、吸引公交出行者、缓解交通拥挤的目的，为公共交通管理部门制定总体性政策或规划提供重要的理论依据。

英文摘要： Public transportation is one of the most promising ways to meet the traffic problems in metropolis in the incoming period, which is improved by many developped contries. Retional intelligent transit management strateties could make good use of the transit resourses and realize the ingelligence of transit operation and modernization of transit management. Based on the existing researchs, this project will do researches on the effects of kinds of transit strategies on the travel behaviors of passengers. Bi-level prgrammings will be established to analyse the performance of the transit system affected by the transit strategies and decide the optimal strategies. The reseaches is aiming to improve the efficiency of the transit system so as to attract more transit passengers and relieve the congestion on the road networks. The results is hopeful an theoretical basis of the transit policy or planning for the transit manage department.
