中文摘要: 探索制备稳定的、高SERS活性的、简便的金银纳米微粒、纳米棒、纳米碟、纳米线溶胶基底,利用SERS等方法考察纳米溶胶与病原菌结合体系的光谱特征,建立病原菌的SERS光谱新方法。结合细菌染色技术,筛选制备纳米-染料探针,建立纳米染料探针检测食源性致病菌的SERS光谱新方法。采用化学修饰技术,构建食源性致病菌原位制备纳米染料探针分析新体系,建立食源性致病菌原位SERS光谱定量检测新方法。利用X-衍射、共振瑞利散射(RRS)、UV-Vis、电镜、X-衍射、激光散射等对分析体系进行表征,探究SERS增强机理等。

英文摘要: Some stable, highly SERS active, simple silverand gold nanosol including nanorod, nanoplate, nanowire were prepare by chemical procedures.The interaction between nanoparticle and foodborne pathogens will be investigated by SERS, and some new SERS methods were developed for the detection of foodborne pathogens. Combining the staining techniques,some suitable nanoparticle-dye probes were screened, and some novel,sensitive and selective nano-dye probe analytical systems were constructed for the foodborne pathogens in real samples.Using chemical modified techniques, some in-situ nano-dye probes were fabicated to develop sensitive and selective SERS methods for foodborne pathogens.Based on the results of resonance Rayleigh scattering, UV-Vis, electron microscope, X-ray, laser scattering, the staining mechanism and SERS enhancement mechanism were discussed.
