中文摘要: 导航增强自组网实现了导航和通信功能的融合,对远洋航行、应急救援等国家重大应用具有重要支撑作用。导航增强自组网具有异质异构、复杂动态的特征,应用环境复杂,用户需求多样,面临异质异构网络多维度协同、多样用户需求下高动态网络自适应调控和时空间变化随机误差准确监测等技术挑战。本项目研究天空地一体化导航增强动态自组网模型及应用模式,开展天空地一体化导航增强动态自组网架构、导航增强自组网节点动态感知和自愈机制、基于导航通信融合的多源多层导航增强等关键理论和方法研究,为提升导航增强网节点协作和网络自组能力,实现全球、全天候条件下的按需增强导航提供重要支撑。

英文摘要: The Self-organized Navigation Augmentation Network (SONANet), by combining the navigation and communication capabilities, is one of the key infrastructures for critical national applications like ocean navigation and Search and Rescue (SAR). The Self-organized Navigation Augmentation Network is characterized as heterogeneity and heteroideous, with complex application environment and various user requirements. Development of the Self-organized Navigation Augmentation Network faces great challenges including multi-dimensional cooperation of heterogeneity and heteroideous network, adaptive control of high dynamic network under various user requirements, and accurate monitoring of spatial-temporal-various random error. This project focuses on development and application of space-air-ground integrated dynamic Self-organized Navigation Augmentation Network, conduct researches on fundamental theories and key methods related to architecture of space-air-ground integrated dynamic Self-organized Navigation Augmentation Network, dynamic node sensing and self-recover scheme of Self-organized Navigation Augmentation Network, and multi-source multi-layer navigation augmentation based-on integration of navigation and communication. The implementation of this project is of great value for enhancing node cooperation and network self-organization capability of navigation augmentation network, and achieving on demand global navigation augmentation under all-weather condition.
