中文摘要: 在线零售市场成长迅速,顾客是商家最重要的资产,全程数字化的交易为研究顾客行为提供了有利条件,然而传统的顾客行为模型不能适用于产品与顾客高度聚集,信息高度透明,交易高度动态的在线零售市场。为此,本项目结合二分网络理论、方法和工具,通过分析产品顾客间的二元关系,建立"产品-顾客"二分网络模型,通过研究不同在线零售市场二分网络的拓扑特征,剖析在线市场顾客的群体行为,揭示顾客群体互动的机制;通过二分网络资源分配方法把网络的结构信息映射到顾客节点,综合应用顾客属性信息和结构信息,分析顾客行为模式,建立顾客行为模型,探索顾客个体的购买决策机制,最后进行顾客行为预测的应用与实证研究。本研究能够为在线零售市场管理,在线顾客行为预测和二分网络上的个体选择行为研究提供新的思路和方法,为在线顾客精准营销提供决策依据。

英文摘要: With the rapid growth of online retail marketing, customers become the most important business assets, the entire digital transactions provide favorable conditions for the study of customer behavior. However, the traditional customer behavior model does not apply to the online retail marketing ,in which products and customers are highly concentrated、variety of information is highly transparent and trading changes are highly dynamic. In order to research binary relations between products and customers, this project combined with theories、methods and tools of bipartite networks to establish "product - customer" bipartite networks, reveals the market mechanism by studying the topological characteristics of the different online retail marketing and analyze the group behaviors of customers of the online market. Then ,the project use the method of bipartite networks resource allocation method, map the information of network structure to the customer node, integrated apply the information of customer attributes and network structure , analyzing customer behavior pattern and establishing the customer behavior model, exploring customer individual's behavior decision-making mechanisms, and finally to predict customer purchasing behavior.
