中文摘要: 个性化推荐已经成为电子商务领域的热点研究问题。现有的研究偏重于算法的改进而忽略了消费者视角的信息需求,导致推荐结果无法真正满足实际应用需求。本项目将从消费者心理的视角,研究基于在线消费者购买意向挖掘的个性化推荐方法,研究消费者购买意向预测模型;研究消费者购买意向与商品信息种类选择机制;研究不同购买意向下的个性化推荐方法。本项目的研究有助于理解在线消费者网络行为模式及购买决策过程,对进一步推进电子商务个性化推荐的发展具有重要的理论意义,对于企业构建面向消费者购买意向的个性化商品营销活动,提高电子商务平台的个性化营销效率和效果具有实际价值。

英文摘要: Personalized recommendation has been the hot research topic in E-commerce. Current recommender system research focuses more on performance improvement while ignoring psychological information needs of consumers, which cannot really meet the demand of practical applications. This proposal will research on personalized recommendation methods based on purchase intention prediction from the perspective of consumer psychology. It includes: 1) purchase intention prediction models; 2) choice mechanism of purchase intention and information types; 3) recommendation methods based on different purchase intentions. The research contributes to understand consumers’ online behavior patterns and purchase decision processes and has important theoretical significance for improving the development of E-commerce recommender systems. It also has great impact and practical value for building personalized marketing activities and improving efficiency and effectiveness of personalized marketing.
