中文摘要: 本课题针对概念与详细设计对创新性、功能与性能的整体要求,重点解决知识驱动的概念与详细设计中的三个关键问题- - 知识元建模问题、知识聚融问题、聚融解空间优化问题,提出知识聚融驱动的概念与详细设计理论与方法。研究基于功能-结构-参数映射的知识元建模理论与方法;提出一维结构类知识、二维时序类知识和多维流程类知识的聚融理论与方法;给出聚融解空间优化理论与方法;实现系统层面上的概念设计与详细设计的集成,一方面满足概念设计的创新性与功能要求,另一方面满足详细设计的性能要求,以提高产品开发的整体性能。本项目在知识元建模、知识聚融、聚融解优化三个方面的研究将有所创新。本项目所取得的研究成果,对于形成完整的概念与详细设计理论体系,提高企业的自主开发能力,具有重要的理论研究价值和实际意义。

英文摘要: This project presents the theories and methods for the general requirement of innovation, function and performance in concept and detail design. The three key issues, including knowledge cell modeling, knowledge clustering-fusion and optimization of solution space, are studied to establish the theories of knowledge clustering-fusion. First, the method of functional micro-knowledge cell (FMKC) modeling is presented. Second, the methods of knowledge clustering-fusion for one-dimensional structure type of knowledge, two-dimensional time sequence type of knowledge and three-dimensional process type of knowledge are studied. Finally, the method of the optimization of clustering-fusion solution space is presented. The proposed methods in this project are to solve the integration problem of concept design and detailed design based on knowledge clustering-fusion, and concentrates to satisfy 1) requirement of innovation and function for concept design, and 2) requirement of performance for detailed design. The crucial technology and innovation of this project includes micro-knowledge cell modeling, knowledge clustering-fusion, and optimization of solution space.
