中文摘要: 产品创新设计是产品设计过程中最活跃、最富于创造性的阶段,是基于已有知识或资源的组合、叠加、迁移,从而产生新产品。大数据知识萃取为产品创新设计带来了新的机遇。本项目将大数据分析引入到机械学科领域,从支持产品创新设计和多学科交叉的角度,开展大数据知识萃取研究。基于产品创新设计中知识与大数据的特征映射关系,研究利用从大数据中获取的知识对产品创新设计概念生成的支撑方法;通过融合设计者的主观知识和大数据挖掘的知识,建立大数据知识演化的过程模型,获取不同层次和抽象粒度知识对产品创新概念产生的支持;针对设计者通过常规的知识搜索策略无法获取感兴趣的设计知识以及与搜索内容相关的知识线索,研究基于知识图谱的大数据知识智能推荐方法;为支持创新前端设计过程的有效实施,研究大数据驱动降低创新前端不确定性的设计求解方法。支持产品创新设计的大数据知识萃取研究,将为设计者开展新产品开发提供有益的理论和方法支撑。

英文摘要: Product innovative design is the most active and creative stage in the process of product design, is a combination superposition and transfer of existing knowledge or resources based to produce new products. Knowledge extraction of big data brings extraction brings new opportunities for product innovative design. Big data is introduced into the field of mechanical discipline in this project, knowledge extraction research of product innovative design is carried out in the environment of big data from the perspective of innovation design and multidisciplinary. For the Mapping between characteristics of big data and the knowledge of product innovative design, the supporting method of knowledge extracted from big data for concept generation of product innovative design is researched. With integrating subjective knowledge of designers and knowledge mined from big data, it builds the procedural model of knowledge evolution for big data and acquires different levels and abstracted granularity of knowledge to support the generation of product innovative concept. For the designers could not acquire interested design knowledge and knowledge clues related to searched content by conventional knowledge searching strategy, intelligent recommendation method of big data based on knowledge graph is researched. To support the effective implementation of the design process for the front-end of innovation, solving method of reducing the uncertainty for front-end innovation in strategy is researched. The research on knowledge extraction from big data for product innovation design will offer useful theoretical and methodological support for designers that carry out product innovative design.
