中文摘要: 以五种有机氯类和两种多氯联苯类手性POPs对映体为"环境示踪物",利用其对映体在不同环境介质中残留量的差异(EF值)的不同,通过监测西湖流域内的大气、雨水、土壤、植被及水体中手性POPs对映体ER值的变化情况,研究POPs气-土、水-土等物质交换过程;区分、确定POPs主要污染源。利用这种"手性示踪"原理来研究POPs在西湖流域内多介质环境中的分布、迁移和循环机制,同时为该流域环境污染的监测与治理提供科学依据。

英文摘要: The enantiomers of chiral POPs are selectively broken down in bioenvironmental media to yield residues and metabolites, and the enantiomer ratios (EFs) are various in different enviroment media. The difference of EFs of ciral POPs in different environmental medium can be used as "environmental signature" to learn about the distribution and transformation of POPs in multimedia environment. By using the five OCPs and two PCBs as "Chiral Signature", this study will investigate the change of enantiomer fractions of chiral POPs in atmosphere, rain water, soil, plant, lake water, and sediment from Lake Xihu, to establish the air-soil and water-soil exchange model, and to differentiate and confirm the main pollution source of POPs in the Lake Xihu.This "chiral signature" technique will be applied to reach the distrabution, transfermation and recycle mechanism of POPs in the multimidia environment of the drainage area of Lake Xihu, which wiil be helpful to provide scientific data to supervise and control environmental pollution in this drainage area.
