中文摘要: 在重视文化遗产保护和可持续发展的背景下,越来越多的工业遗产保护与再利用项目得到实施,然而对再利用后产生的再生效应却缺乏应有的关注。同时,随着城市发展,已经被再利用的工业遗产有可能面临多次再利用,如何确定和调整再利用目标以促进工业遗产的可持续利用、并为同类项目提供技术参考和实践经验成为研究的必然。武汉作为中国近现代主要的工业基地之一,拥有数量众多、类型多样的工业遗产。以武汉为例,通过文献研究和案例调研工业遗产的再利用状况,归纳和分析工业遗产再生效应的构成内容和影响因子,确定体系框架和指标构成,构建科学的再生效应评价体系,并通过建立动态模型追踪工业遗产再生效应的状态变化、持续关注其未来发展,利用反馈机制指导工业遗产的再生实践,一方面有助于工业遗产保护与利用理论体系的完善,另一方面可促进工业遗产的可持续利用目标的实现,也有利于以再利用为目标的建筑创作理性发展,具有突出的理论和现实意义。

英文摘要: In terms of value cultural heritage protection and sustainable development, more and more industrial heritage conservation and renewal projects were implemented. However, there is a lake of attention on the reuse of regenerative effect. With urban development, the industrial heritage reused may face multiple reuse. How to determine and adjust the reuse target in order to promote the sustainable utilization of industrial heritage, and to provide technical reference and practical experience to similar projects become inevitable research. Wuhan, as one of the Chinese Modern industrial bases, has a large number and diverse types of industrial heritage. Making Wuhan as example, through literature research and case study of the status of the re-use of industrial heritage, we summarize and analyze the the content and impact factor of the industrial heritage regenerative effect, in order to determine the framework and indicators, to build scientific regenerative effect evaluation system. At the same time, through the establishment of dynamic model to track the industrial heritage changes and continuous focusing on its future development, using feedback mechanisms to guide the industrial heritage regeneration practice, on one hand it contributes to the improvement of industrial heritage protection and theoretical system,
