中文摘要: 为解决超级稻机械化种植和推广问题,本项目拟开展旋转式水稻钵苗有序抛栽机构创新、参数优化及设计方法的研究;根据抛秧机构理想轨迹,姿态和速度等运动学特性要求,建立机构理论模型,对机构做运动学及动力学特性研究;通过理论建模和参数优化的方法获得抛秧机构理想工作轨迹,研究机构多目标优化的设计方法;通过建立抛栽机构设计平台,设计抛栽机构,并试制抛秧机构物理样机;通过台架试验,分析抛栽机构工作效果并测试相关参数,最终完善抛栽机构的结构设计,修正理论模型。.本项目突破杆机构和滑道机构,探索旋转式水稻钵苗抛栽机构,进行机构创新设计,采用一个旋转机构实现水稻钵苗抛栽所需的复杂轨迹和姿态。建立的设计平台可以为同类机构设计提供借鉴,研究成果可以为今后水稻钵苗种植机械的研发提供理论基础和设计依据。

英文摘要: To solve the problem of the super-rice mechanization and promotion,the project will involve a lot of study on innovation, parameters optimization and design Methodology of rice-seeding throwing mechanism.Based on the ideal working locus of the mechanism and its kinematic property including its working attitude and velocity, The theoretical model will be established, both the kinematic and dynamic property will be researched.Through the method of establishing theoretical model and optimizing parameters,we will work out the ideal working locus and research the method of multi-objective parameter optimization.Through establishing the design platform , the mechanism will be designed and its physical prototype will be made. through the test on the bench,we will analyze the working efficiency and examine the related parameters to perfect the design of structure and rectify the theoretical model..The project will break out the rod mechanism and the slide mechanism, explore a rotary rice-seedling throwing mechanism and carry out innovation of mechanism.The requirement of the complex trajectory and attitude of the mechanism will be met by using a rotating mechanism .The design platform can give reference to the design of other similar machinery.Moreover,the results of this research can provide a theoretical basis and design reference for the research and development of the rice cultivation machinery.
