中文摘要: 针灸治病的科学机理与经穴配伍的效应及作用方式有着最直接的关系。我们前期研究表明针刺有一定降压作用,但单个经穴效应较弱,不能控制和维持血压至正常水平。返回经典临床针灸处方的研究模式,以多个功能相似的经穴配伍使用应能显著增强疗效,这是古今针灸临床的应用规律,也是理法方穴的中心环节。迄今经穴配伍作用机理仍不明确,缺乏系统严格的前瞻实验和临床研究。本课题以传统中医学对高血压的经典配穴方法为基础,通过针刺SHR的太溪、太冲及太冲配太溪,对比中枢降压药物,发现针刺降压起效时间点,运用PET-CT寻找经穴配伍降压靶效应脑区及针刺与西药效应脑区的差异。应用基因芯片寻找降压靶效应脑区降压相关的细胞信号转导通路,探索经穴配伍降压的中枢效应机制,体现经穴配伍优势,以针刺为基础探寻新的中枢降压靶点和针刺降压作用时间点,为针灸治疗高血压提供选穴配伍的科学依据,也为探寻针灸处方作用原理和治病机理的物质途径提供新的思路

英文摘要: The mechanism of acupuncture closely related to the effect and effect mode of acupoint combination. Our preliminary studies show that acupuncture can lower blood pressure but is too weak to control blood pressure to normal level. Returning to classic clinical acupuncture prescription research mode, combining use of acupoints similar in function enhances their effect significantly, which is application rules in ancient and modern times and central link of theory, method, prescription and acupoint. So far the mechanism of acupoint combination effect is still unclear due to the lack of systematic and strict prospective trials and clinical researches. Our research based on classic acupoint combining method of TCM to hypertension, aims to find out the onset time points during the process of acupuncture reducing blood pressure, the target brain area of acupoints combination and difference in effect brain area between medicine and acupuncture using PET-CT and the signal transduction pathway related to lowering blood pressure in target brain area using gene chips in the treatment of needling Taichong, Taixi, Taichong-Taixi combination and taking anti-hypertension medicine to reducing blood pressure in SHRs. The research aims to explore central nervous mechanism of acupoints combination in lowering blood pressure and new central target of bringing down blood pressure, to provide evidence for clinical use of acupoints combination in antihypertension therapy, to provide new ideas to material methods of exploring effect mechanism of acupoints prescription.
