中文摘要: 研究高山植物对高山环境的适应机理,对认识和保护高山脆弱的生态系统,合理与持续开发利用高山植物资源具有重要的理论价值和指导意义。本研究以不同海拔高山植物珠芽蓼叶片为研究对象,运用植物生理生态学、蛋白质组学、生物信息学、分子生物学等多学科综合手段,分析不同海拔叶片的蛋白质表达谱,对差异表达蛋白进行质谱鉴定,功能预测和分类,获得逆境适应蛋白。结合野外生理生态特性、生理抗逆成分变化和差异蛋白质关联性,确定逆境适应蛋白参与逆境适应生理生态机制的类型及模式。从中挖掘高山植物珠芽蓼逆境适应的关键蛋白及其基因,并对其功能进行初步验证。这些研究结果对揭示高山植物逆境适应的生理生态学本质提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Mountain environmental stresses factors severely limit alpine plant growth and development as well as production and reproduction of plant life. Investigation of the stress adaptation mechanism of alpine plants to mountain environment could be better understanding of physioecological mechanisms underlying plant stress response so as to better protection and utilization of alpine resources. The leaves of alpine plants Polygonum viviparum, were collected from different altitudes. The comparative protemics will be performed and differential-expression proteins will be given function analysis and classification by bioinformatics. The physioecological characteristics and physiological parameters associated with the differential-expression proteins under different altitude will be analyzed. The key adaptation-expression proteins and genes will be identified and their functional characterization will be examined. These results will be used for a description of P.viviparum adaptation level to stress tolerance and will contribute to help us better understanding of physioecological mechanisms underlying plant stress acclimation and mountain environmental stress tolerance acquisition.
