中文摘要: 外生菌根真菌多样性是森林生态系统内生物多样性的重要组成部分。作为重要的森林生物资源,因其可增强植物营养提高抗逆能力,在维持森林群落稳定和森林生产力中发挥着不可或缺的作用。对不同的森林生态系统而言,生境改变必然影响外生菌根真菌多样性。本研究以辽东山区人工栎林和天然次生栎林生态系统为研究对象,通过植物群落生态学调查、根尖/土壤中外生菌根真菌rDNA提取及分子生物学技术的鉴定、栎林土壤理化性质及生物学特征的测试,从外生菌根真菌多样性、影响典型栎林外生菌根真菌发生的主导环境因子、外生菌根真菌群落随栎林演替的变化、外生菌根真菌的演变对栎林生态系统健康(植物群落稳定性和土壤质量)的指示作用四方面内容研究外生菌根真菌多样性在典型栎林不同演替阶段中的维持机制及对栎林生态系统健康的指示作用。该研究结果可为森林生态系统内生物多样性- - 外生菌根真菌多样性的保护与利用及森林生态系统的健康评价提供重要基础理论依据。

英文摘要: Ectomycorrhizal fungi diversity is the important part of the biodiversity in forest ecosystem. As one kind of important forest resource, ectomycorrhizal fungi play the significant roles in forest communities stability and forest productivity. Ectomycorrhizal fungi diversity may alter with the changing biotope. In order to explore the maintaining mechanism and the biological indicator functions of ectomycorrhizal fungi for healthy forest ecosystem, their diversity, leading environmental factors of their occurrence, species or genus succession and the indicator functions will be researched in natural secondary Quercus forest and different aged Quercus plantation. We will use different discipline methods to investigate plant communities characteristics and soil quality characteristics. Ectomycorrhizal fungi in root tip and soil will be identified by biological molecular method. The research will not only provide theoretical basis for the protection and utilization of ectomycorrhizal fungi diversity, but also provide important scientific evidence for the evaluation of healthy forest ecosystem.
