中文摘要: "表面增强拉曼散射光谱(SERS)"是近年来传统拉曼散射光谱学与新兴纳米材料科学相结合发展起来的一个新型光谱增强技术。本项目将准三维等离子体共振纳米洞结构的表面增强拉曼光谱技术应用于生乳成份的快速检测,具体研究内容包括:结合生乳样品的理化特性,通过对"准三维等离子体共振纳米洞结构"进行空间结构优化和表面性能改造,研究开发出具备"捕获"特定组份性能的SERS增强基质,然后将研制出的各种特定"捕获"特性的SERS基质合理组合,构建"SERS增强列阵芯片",通过建立合适的数据处理模型,实现生乳样品中常量、微量及痕量物质的同时分析。该研究工作的开展将为SERS的应用拓展与改进提供科学依据和工作基础,也将为快速、准确地监控奶源品质、鉴别掺假成份、发现外源污染物提供新的方法,对于发展食品安全检测技术有着重要意义。

英文摘要: Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a kind of enhanced spectroscopy which is the new application of nanotechnology and material science on the Raman scattering. The purpose of this study is to develop a new method for raw milk components rapid and accurate detection. The main parts will include the physical and chemical analysis of raw milk sample; the "self-capture" SERS-active substrate developing based on the physical and chemical optimizing of quasi-3D plasmonic nanohole structure; the SERS "cluster" composing which is the combining of different "self-capture" SERS-active substrate; the data analysis model setup and the really sample test. Based on this study, the deep understanding of the SERS new application field and optimized strategy could be achieved. On the other hand, this study is also a bran-new attempt to distinguish and measure the dissimilar components rapidly which will make a significant sense to the raw material quality and food safety problem control.
