中文摘要: 传统三相永磁同步电机驱动系统不具备容错能力,在高安全性运行要求场合的应用受到了挑战。新型开放式绕组电机系统因其电流控制自由度高、母线电压利用率高、容错能力强、易于多相化等优点具有很好的应用前景。作为一项新型的电机驱动技术,在分析理论、控制机理和应用技术等方面还存在亟待解决的问题。为了全面透彻分析开放式绕组永磁同步电机系统的运行原理和控制机理,引入用于分析四线性相关变量的超空间矢量理论,解决在经典空间矢量理论框架下零序变量无法分析和控制、系统性能差等问题。同时,为面向该系统在高安全性要求场合的急切应用需要,研究系统的容错控制策略等应用技术。因此,本项目研究具有重要的理论和应用双重价值,不仅是为解决电机驱动新问题所进行的理论拓展,也为推进开放式绕组电机系统的实用化进程提供理论和实验基础。

英文摘要: Conventional three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) drive systems in safety critical applications are being challenged for incapable of fault tolerance. Novel open-end winding motor systems have potential applications because of their high control degree of freedom, high DC-link voltage efficiency, good fault tolerance and easy multiphasing. As a novel motor drive technology, open-end winding motors have problems on analysis theories, control principles and application techniques needed to be solved. In order to analyse thoroughly the operation principle and control machanism of open-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motors, this research apply hyper space vector theory used in four linear correlative variable systems. The hyper space vector theory can be used to analyse and control zero-sequence variables and improve operantion performance which can not be resolved using the classical space vector theory. Meanwhile, fault-tolerant control strategies are researched in this project responding to urgent application need in safety critical applications. Therefore, this research project has a great value of theory and application. This project is not only a theory extension to figure out new problems in motor drives, but also the theoretical and experimental foundation in the application process
