中文摘要: 低廉的成本、超高的强度及优异的耐磨与耐蚀性使得Fe基非晶合金在机械、化工、航空航天等领域具有巨大的应用前景,尤其是具有超低磁性的Fe基非晶合金材料对国防工业具有重大的战略意义。然而,由于尺寸上的限制,Fe 基非晶合金难以作为一种结构材料而得到广泛应用。采用先进的热喷涂技术制备高质量非晶涂层,可有效克服Fe基非晶合金的尺寸限制问题,进而显著拓展Fe基块体非晶合金的应用范围。为了将Fe基块体非晶合金优异的物理化学性能与涂层的优势结合起来,本项目拟运用合金化方法并基于磁性的量子力学理论,设计具有超低磁性的Fe基非晶合金成分,采用超音速火焰喷涂方法制备高质量的Fe基非晶合金涂层,系统评价涂层在复杂环境下的服役性能。本项目的研究必将促进对非晶合金材料物理冶金过程的深层次理解,并将为拓展非晶合金涂层在国民经济支柱产业、特别是军事和国防工业中的应用提供有力的理论指导。

英文摘要: Low cost, ultra-high strength and excellent wear and corrosion resistances ensure Fe-based amorphous alloys have great application prospects in mechanic, chemical, aerospace and other fields. Especially, the Fe amorphous alloys with ultra-low magnetism have important strategic significance on the defense industry. However, due to the size limit, Fe-based amorphous alloys are difficult to be widely used as a structural material. The use of advanced thermal spraying technology to prepare high quality amorphous coating can effectively overcome this problem and expand application scope of Fe-based amorphous alloys. In order to combine the excellent physical and chemical properties of Fe-based amorphous alloy with the advantages of coating, this project will develop ultra-low magnetic Fe-based amorphous alloy compositions using the alloying method and based on magnetic and quantum mechanics theory, adopt high velocity oxygen-fuel (HVOF) spraying methods to produce high quality Fe-based amorphous coating and systematically evaluate the service performance of the Fe-based amorphous coating under complex environment.
