中文摘要： 新生学习优势理论被广泛用来解释国际新创企业在世界范围快速兴起和发展的原因。但是，新生学习优势是什么、如何形成、以及如何影响企业绩效等基本问题尚未得到系统深入的理论解答和实证检验。本研究运用组织学习、企业能力、国际新创企业等领域的知识，对国际新创企业进行实地访谈和两轮次跟踪式问卷调查，运用内容分析、案例研究、统计分析等相结合的研究方法，从学习内容、学习方式、学习导向等多个维度系统分析国际新创企业新生学习优势的内涵与特征，综合考虑企业国际创业导向、国际市场环境等内外部主要因素的影响，从企业柔性视角揭示国际新创企业新生学习优势的形成机制，从企业能力构建视角剖析国际新创企业新生学习优势的绩效转化机制，提出增强国际新创企业新生学习优势及其绩效影响的管理策略。研究结论将夯实新生学习优势理论的概念基础，丰富新生学习优势理论，为国际创业实践及创业政策的制定提供理论依据和经验参考。

英文摘要： The emergence and development of international new ventures is a worldwide phenomenon. The learning advantages of newness (LAN) provide an important theoretical foundation for the success of international new ventures. However, we have limited understanding of the content, formation and performance implications related to the LAN of international new ventures. Drawing on the theories of organizational learning, firm capability and international new ventures, we conduct in-depth interviews and a follow-up survey to international new ventures in China, and explore the content and characteristics of the LAN of international new ventures from the perspective of three dimensions of organizational learning (learning content, learning modes, and learning orientation). We then explore the mechanisms of the formation of the LAN of international new ventures by introducing the concept of firm flexibilities. Furthermore, we investigate how LAN can contribute to the international performance of international new ventures through analyzing the mediating effect of capability building on the relationship between international learning and international performance of international new ventures.
