中文摘要： 本课题的基本问题是产业集群内企业如何通过选择性的产业网络嵌入，推动自身"能力建构型"的公司创业行为，进而实现升级并促进产业集群的升级？本课题综合运用访谈与案例研究、大样本问卷调研和文本分析等技术手段，在清晰界定"集群企业升级"概念的基础上，结合集群企业现状将其公司创业细化为"能力建构型"和"盈利导向型"两种类型，提出并检验"'能力建构型'公司创业是集群企业升级主要途径"这一命题；基于网络嵌入理论建构产业网络嵌入与公司创业的关系，揭示"主导"和"非主导"产业网络嵌入及其交互对集群企业两类公司创业的异质影响，最终建构起"产业网络嵌入-公司创业-集群企业升级"的理论逻辑，为集群企业通过有选择的建构产业网络和有重点的开展公司创业并最终实现升级提供战略方向。本课题对集群升级、公司创业和网络嵌入等领域具有一定的理论贡献，同时对集群企业升级以及产业集群升级具有实践意义。

英文摘要： The question we address in this research project is how firms within industrial cluster could realize firm upgrading and facilitate the upgrading of the whole cluster via deliberate industrial network building and selective corporate entrepreneurial activities. By employing a variety of research methods such as case study, questionnaire survey, content analysis and the like, we clarify the concept of 'clustered firm's upgrading' and divide clustered firm's entrepreneurial activities into two distinct categories- - 'capability-building' and 'profit-seeking' corporate entrepreneurship (CE), proposing and verifying the notion that 'capability-building' CE is a critical way for clustered firms to upgrade. Building upon network embeddedness perspective, we also posit that industrial network embeddedness has bearing on clustered firm's CE, suggesting that 'dominant' and 'non-dominant' industrial network embeddedness and their interactions will exert varied influences on 'capability-building' CE and 'profit-seeking' CE. Taking together, we establish associations among industrial network embeddedness, CE and clustered firm's upgrading, putting forth that the upgrading of clustered firms could be achieved by building industrial networks deliberately and engaging in corporate entrepreneurship selectively.
