中文摘要: 相位噪声测量是电子测量领域研究的热点问题之一。现有相位噪声测量方法一般利用专用电路进行被测信号相位信息提取,提取电路的性能直接制约了相位噪声测量的效果和技术指标。本课题提出一种新的基于数学模型的相位噪声测量方法,利用噪声模型和参数提取估算方法测量被测信号的相位噪声。该方法主要有以下优势:第一,基于噪声模型提取被测信号相位信息,回避了提取电路对相位噪声测量性能的影响;第二,该方法可用于对脉冲调制信号调制过程中产生的噪声边带混叠进行估算和恢复,测量脉冲调制信号高于半脉冲重复频率频段的相位噪声;第三,该方法可用于鉴相法测量中的低频缺损分析与补偿。本课题主要研究内容包括:相位噪声模型和基于数据的噪声系数提取与估算;脉冲调制信号频谱混叠恢复;低频缺损分析与补偿。本课题在相位噪声频域测量技术方面开展深入研究,突破实现中的几项关键技术,建立一种新的相位噪声测量方法。

英文摘要: Phase noise measurement is one of the hotspot issues in electronic measurement field. The existing phase noise measurement methods generally use special circuit to extract phase information from signal-under-test. However, the performance of extraction circuit directly restricts the effect of phase noise measurement and the specifications. This project mainly focused on a new phase noise measurement method based on phase noise mathematical model of oscillator, noise model is used to extract and measure the phase noise of signal-under-test. The main superiority of this method is shown as follow: on the basis of noise model, the phase information extraction of signal-under-test avoided making the influence on performance of phase noise measurement by extraction circuit; The aliased spectrum generated in the modulation process of pulse modulation signal are estimated and recovered, used for measuring the phase noise of pulse width modulation signal higher than half pulse repetition frequency band; it can be used in the analysis and offset of low-frequency defect in phase demodulation phase noise measurement. The main research contents in this project contains: phase noise model and the extraction and estimation of noise factor based on data; recovery of aliased spectrum about pulse modulation signal; analysis and offset of low-frequency defect. From this project, intensive study about frequency-domain measurement technique of phase noise is done, a new phase noise measurement method is proposed, several key techniques in the implement of this method is broken through theoretically.
