中文摘要: 本项目研究基于红外热成像的机载电子系统电路板故障诊断与老化程度检测关键技术,主要研究红外图像温度校准模型的建立;基于SVM算法的电路板红外图像中元器件识别方法;基于像素点的图像配准算法;基于序列热图法的故障定位算法;待测故障电路板图像温度信息与故障数据库的对应分析;基于综合老化指数的电路板老化程度检测方法;待测老化程度电路板图像温度信息与老化程度等级对应分析,以及开发一套基于红外热成像的机载电路板故障诊断与老化程度检测实验系统进行现场实验。本项目的研究成果不仅能够填补国内机载电路板深度维修空白,显著提高我国民航机务维修能力,而且首创电路板老化程度检测,有效减少飞机飞行过程中的故障,确保航班正点、安全飞行,实现成本控制,具有重要的现实意义。

英文摘要: This project is to study the key technology of airborne electronic board infrared thermal imaging deep repairing system.
