中文摘要: 民航发动机状态监测与故障诊断是民航安全运行的重要影响因素,也是我国研制自主知识产权的民航发动机的关键技术。由于国内尚无自主知识产权的民航发动机状态监测及故障诊断系统,航空公司主要依赖于国外设备制造商提供的成套诊断系统或远程诊断服务。本项目通过机载QAR数据监测评估民航发动机转子系统和起动点火系统的状态,结合发动机台架实验和故障模拟实验,进行转子系统和起动点火系统故障诊断基础理论与关键技术研究并进行验证。具体包括:基于机载QAR数据的民航发动机状态监测方法研究、民航发动机转子系统故障诊断方法研究、民航发动机起动点火系统故障诊断方法研究和民航发动机故障诊断实验研究。在深入分析民航发动机故障机理的基础上,研究状态监测与故障诊断的基础理论和关键技术,构建具有国际先进水平的民航发动机状态监测及故障诊断方法体系,研发相关系统,突破国外技术壁垒,保障我国民航飞行安全,降低民航发动机维修成本。

英文摘要: The technology of civil aero-engine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is one of the important factors of aviation security, and it also is a key technology of the development of civil aero-engine with our own intellectual property rights. Due to the lack of independent development monitoring and diagnosis system of civil aero-engine, domestic airlines depend on integrated diagnosis systems or remote diagnosis service supported by foreign Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). Through monitoring and evaluating the engine condition by using the Quick Access Recorder (QAR) data, the basic theory and key technology of civil aero-engine rotor and starting ignition system are studied. The achievements are verified combining with engine experiments and simulation experiments. The specific contents of this research included: the study on engine condition monitoring methods based on QAR data, rotor system fault diagnosis methods, starting ignition system fault diagnosis methods, and fault diagnosis experiments. On the basis of deep research on fault mechanism, an international advanced method system of civil aero-engine monitoring and diagnosis is constructed, and a relative system is developed.
