中文摘要: 统计资料显示,在西方及中国,精神疾病的发病率逐年上升。为诊治这些疾病,世界上许多国家已投入了大量的人力与物力,造成了巨大的社会与经济负担。因此,常见精神疾病的早期发现和治疗十分重要;而为发展一套常见精神疾病有效的诊断方法和治疗评估模型,从数据分析和基础理论上进行发病的机制探究就显得更为迫切了。本项目就几类常见精神疾病,根据采集的小样本数据的特点,发展新型、高效的数理计算方法,寻找在脑图、神经电生理以及基因组学等层面上与特定疾病关联的生物标记,有机地整合不同层面的研究结果,构建符合疾病特点的多尺度神经元网络动力学模型,进行数值模拟计算和参数识别计算,从而初步阐释几类常见精神疾病在多个层次上发生、发展、有机联系的生物学机制,为将来进一步建立适用的诊断和治疗评估体系和模型打下初步的理论基础。并以项目研究为载体,培养出一批具有一流的数学基础和扎实的生物知识的青年人才,保持我国在这方面的领先水平。

英文摘要: Statistical surveys manifest that the annual growth of the mental disorder diseases has recently become outstanding in western countries as all as in China. For the treatment of such diseases, a lot of human and economic resources have been used in many countries, which obviously leads to a large amount of burdens to the social and economic development of the countries. It is of great significance to diagnose and cure these diseases in their early stages, and therefore for developing systematic diagnosis technique and evaluation models for these diseases in the near future, it is essential to investigate the biological mechanics through the data and fundamental analysis. As for this project, we plan to collect the real data with characteristics of small sampling population, to develop new and efficient mathematical and computational methods for seeking the integrated relations in different levels and stages of the mental diseases, and establishing the neuronal dynamical models of multiple scales. Also we are to conduct the numerical simulations and parameters estimations with real datasets. We expect our investigation will contribute basically to expatiating the biological mechanics of these diseases.
