中文摘要: 研究人类复杂疾病相关因素,寻找疾病形成根源,进而治疗疾病是现代生物医学研究的热点与难点。长非编码RNA在很多重要生物过程中均起到了关键性的作用,与疾病的发生发展密切相关。本项目将建立生物信息学的方法来探索疾病与长非编码RNA之间的关联。建立基于机器学习、深度学习、复杂网络等计算方法模型预测长非编码RNA与疾病之间的关联类型的具体模式。本项目的研究成果有助于鉴定长非编码RNA未知的生物学功能,促进对人类疾病的形成发展机制在长非编码RNA层次上多角度的深入理解,为基于长非编码RNA的疾病诊断、临床治疗和药物设计提供重要的理论依据和实用价值。

英文摘要: To study the related factors of human complex diseases for treating disease is a hotspot and difficulty in modern biomedical research. Long non coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play a key role in many important biological processes. They are closely related to the occurrence and development of diseases. This project will establish bioinformatics approaches to explore the associations between diseases and lncRNAs. Computational prediction model based on machine learning, deep learning and complex network will be developed to predict the specific types of the associations between lncRNAs and diseases. The results of this project will be useful to identify the biological function of unknown lncRNAs and to promote the understanding of the formation and development mechanism of human disease at lncRNA level. It will provide an important theoretical basis and practical value for clinical diagnosis, treatment of disease and drug design based on lncRNAs.
