中文摘要: 在过去的几十年里对于随机动态系统以性能指标均值为目标的控制器设计理论已经取得了快速发展,但这种单一控制性能指标均值的方法在理论与实际应用方面均受到了限制,本项目提出了用随机被控变量的完全统计特征作为目标函数的新的控制观点,以代替传统的设计目标。对于参数不确定的LQG问题,借助自适应对偶控制,建立具有期望统计特征的控制器设计理论使控制器具有学习和优化双重特点;对于非线性随机系统,利用等价线性化技术,提出状态、输出及性能指标的完全统计特征刻画及控制方法使具有双重不确定性的系统以期望统计意义的最优方式运行;利用机械形状设计和流体力学界面跟踪中的Level Set理论,研究非线性、非高斯随机系统的完全统计特征控制及滤波问题,建立随机系统的统计特征演化模型,提出具有普适性的控制器设计方法,揭示完全统计特征控制器的工作机理和性质;以轧机控制为牵引,凝练并改善所研究问题,使新算法具有学术意义和实用价值。

英文摘要: In the past decades the controller design theory for stochastic dynamic systems in which the performance index is taken mean has been advanced by leaps and bounds. However,the approaches that control the single mean of performance index are large confined in theory and applications.In this proposal,an alternative perspective for control design is presented, where optimal cost considerations are replaced by focusing on the process complete statistical characterization as a performance index. For LQG problem with parameters uncertainty, with the help of the adaptive dual control,the controller design theory under complete statistical characterization index is established such that the controller is of the dual features of learning and optimizing. For nonlinear stochastic systems, using linear equivalence techniques present the complete statistical characterization and ontrol methods for the state,output and perfromance index such that the systems with dual uncertainties operate in the optimal fashion in the sense of the desired statistical features.
