中文摘要: 铜合金零件的激光熔覆技术具有非常独特的优点和非常好的应用前景。但目前铜合金的激光熔覆存在很大的难题。本项目在铜合金零件激光熔覆修复工程应用取得成功的基础上,对激光熔覆铜合金零件的关键技术进行理论分析和试验研究。通过对铜合金表面的预处理、对铜合金表面第一层激光熔覆工艺、激光熔覆过渡层工艺和激光熔覆Ni、Co、WC-Co合金粉末工艺的理论分析和试验研究,解决了铜合金激光熔覆的工艺难题。 建立了激光熔覆熔池CCD在线检测系统,获得了清晰的熔池表面形貌图像,采用计算机图像处理技术可获得熔池的液相边界。研究不同熔覆工艺下激光熔覆熔池的CCD检测方法。采用金相试验方法,建立熔覆层性能(界面结合、气孔和微裂纹等情况)与熔池液相边界的数学模型或关系数据库。固定其他激光熔覆工艺参数,通过调节激光输出功率对熔池平面液相边界进行在线控制,达到对激光熔覆层质量的在线控制,解决了铜合金零件激光熔覆的质量控制难题。

英文摘要: The laser cladding of copper alloy components possesses many special advantages and can be found widely applications in industrial. But now it has many difficult problems to be solved in technology. In this term the theory and experimental researches of laser cladding on copper alloy components have been developed on the basic of laser cladding copper alloy components successfully in engineering applications. By pre-treatment on the surface of copper alloy substrates,the laser cladding processes researches on the first layer,the intermediate layers and Ni alloy powders,Co alloy poders and WC-Co alloy powders, the difficult processes problems of laser cladding on copper alloy components have been solved.The CCD system on line to monitor the melting pool of laser cladding has been researched and established. The clear images of the laser cladding melting pool have been obtained. After the treatment to the imagines of the melting pool by computer, the feature of the melting pool imagines such as the diameter and surface situation of the liquid region and can be obtained. By the experimental researches on the microstructures of laser cladding layers, the relationships between laser cladding quality and the imagines of the melting pools have been established.
