中文摘要: 调节性T(Treg)细胞在肿瘤免疫中发挥重要作用。据报道,肿瘤转移中Treg细胞增多并通过多种方法抑制效应细胞作用、促进效应细胞凋亡,保护肿瘤细胞促进肿瘤转移。调控Treg细胞功能可在临床上治疗肿瘤疾病。但调节Treg细胞功能影响肿瘤治疗效果的因素尚未明确。我们该项目的工作将在端粒酶调控Treg细胞对肿瘤发展的作用上进行研究。我们的前期工作提示肿瘤转移中Treg细胞增多,并且抑制效应细胞增殖并促其凋亡(图7、8、9),而有报道Treg细胞的功能与细胞端粒酶活性变化有关。由此,本项目重点研究端粒酶对Treg细胞生存、功能的影响以及影响其调控的因素,这将为抗肿瘤治疗提供新方法。

英文摘要: The regulatory T (Treg) cells play an essential role in tumor immunity. It was reported that Treg cells increase in tumor metastasis, and Treg cells suppress effective cells function and promote them to apoptosis to protect tumor cells and promote tumor metastasis by many ways. Regulating Treg cells' function might treat clinical tumor disease. But what factors regulate Treg cells' function affect tumor therapy is still unclear. Our project will study the regulatory role of telomerase on regulatory T (Treg) cells for tumor progressing. Our previous work showed Treg cells increase in tumor metastasis,then might control effective cells proliferation and make them apoptosis. Combined with the finds telomerase activity variation relates Treg cells'function,the focal point of the project will focus on the regulatory role of telomerase on regulatory T (Treg) cells'living and function,as well as the possible regulation effecting factors. The study results will provide a new strategy for antitumor therapy.
