中文摘要: 本项目针对复杂应力状态下工程材料动态强度测试对真三维高速冲击加载装置的迫切需求,在一维霍普金森杆加载装置的基础上,研制世界上首台三维霍普金森杆冲击加载装置。通过对霍普金森加载杆、入射杆、反射杆以及各个接触断面的巧妙设计,实现对试件三个方向的同步与等波形,等幅值冲击加载;通过三维霍普金森杆装置支架及各部分粗调、微调系统的设计,解决试验装置的稳定性、试验操作的简单性和试验的可重复性等关键问题;通过研究传感器的优化布置,建立压缩波和剪切波的采集与后处理方法,建立试验数据处理技术。三维霍普金森杆冲击加载装置的成功研制,使得获取工程材料的多维动态强度成为可能,为建立工程材料高应变率及复杂应力下的强度模型,提高建筑结构抗爆炸冲击设计的安全性与经济性,奠定了试验基础。

英文摘要: With the urgent needs of high-speed triaxial impact test equipment for testing the dynamic material properties of materials under triaxial impact, this project intends to develop the world-first three dimensional (3D) Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) for triaxial dynamic tests. The key issues need be resolved for such an equipment include: 1) precise control to synchronize the arrival of triaxial impact waves to the test specimen and precise control to maintain the amplitudes of pressure waves in three directions; 2) the stability, usability and repeatability of the test device, 3) theories and technologies to process and interpret the triaxial dynamic test data. Successful development of this equipment not only means the birth of the world-first triaxial impact test device, but also allows testing of dynamic material properties under triaxial impact loads. This will lead to safer and economic designs of building structures to against shock and impact loads.
