中文摘要: 目前,仍没有明确的解析模型以及具体的调制形式能够较为准确地解释滚动轴承损伤调制到定子电流当中的作用机理,从而导致利用电流故障特征频率来判断早期故障以及故障严重程度的方法一直难有应用上的突破。本研究首先建立转子径向位移、转矩波动与电流调制的解析模型,研究轴承损伤传递到电流中的非线性耦合机理,通过仿真以及在定子齿上安装探测线圈的试验方式验证所提出的耦合机理及调制形式。基于多窗谱规范双相干的算法,提取电流信号中的非线性相位耦合特征。在双相干结果的基础上,提出采用贝塞尔函数来拟合调制指数的方法,进而估算出电流频谱中的上、下故障边带频率的功率。通过修正双相干的算法,可以估算基波、谐波等作为载波的非线性调制边带功率。将所有经非线性调制后的边带功率累积和作为故障诊断指标,可以实现船舶感应电机的早期故障诊断以及故障严重程度的判定。该诊断指标受基波频率变化、环境振动、负载变化等因素的影响较小。

英文摘要: Till now, there is not distinct analytical model and modulation form which can accurately explain the action mechanism from rolling-element bearing damage to stator current, resulting in unimplemented application breakthrough of incipient fault diagnosis and fault severity level discrimination based on stator current. This study describes an analytical model for the influence of radial rotor movement and torque variations on stator current, researches nonlinear coupling mechanism between bearing damage and stator current. By simulating and experimenting on the stator tooth detecting coil, the proposed coupling mechanism and modulation form is validated. The nonlinear coupling mechanism characteristic is extracted from current based on Multitaper Canonical Bicoherence algorithm. This study introduces a modulation index estimation method based on bicoherence and Bessel function, and upper and lower sideband power estimation method based on the modulation index. The nonlinear modulation sideband power which carrier is fundamental wave or harmonic, can be estimated by modified bicoherence algorithm. Based on the cumulation sum of entire nonlinear modulation sideband power, incipient fault diagnosis and fault severity level discrimination can be implemented for marine induction machine.
